About This Role

An exciting opportunity within one of the Big 4's market-leading transaction tax teams. You will work on high-profile M&A transactions across a range of sectors, providing tax due diligence and structuring advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead tax due diligence workstreams on M&A transactions
  • Advise on deal structuring and tax-efficient acquisition planning
  • Prepare and review tax sections of transaction reports
  • Manage junior staff on engagement delivery
  • Support business development with key PE and corporate clients

Requirements

  • ✓CTA qualified
  • ✓3+ years experience in M&A or transaction tax
  • ✓Experience with tax due diligence
  • ✓Strong understanding of UK corporate tax
